Automatic welcome emails

When new employees join your organisation, you can now send them an invitation to get the Mentemia app, directly from the Admin Portal!

Here’s how to use this new feature:

  • Log in to the Admin Portal and click the ‘Settings’ tab

  • Toggle the ‘Welcome email’ switch to ‘On’

  • Then, click the ‘Add/Remove' tab and import your contacts individually or as a CSV

  • Your contacts will then be automatically sent a welcome email to the Mentemia app

Any questions? Email support or contact the Customer team.

Highlights & Recommendations

The new Highlights & Recommendations tab in the Admin Portal includes everything you need to understand your organisation’s current state of play with Mentemia.

This section includes:

  • Highlights – a list of the key highlights around Mentemia app use in your organisation over the past month

  • What’s new in Mentemia – the latest updates on Mentemia, from tools and changes in the app, to new types of content and campaigns

  • Recommendations – updates on what we are currently working together to improve mental wellbeing in your organisation and recommendations from our team on the next steps

New insights in Tools & Content

New insights in the Tools & Content tab of the Admin Portal will help you to understand how your team are engaging with the Mentemia app.

They’re high-level, easy to read and would look great in a report!

This section includes:

  • Mood Tracker stats – if your team are engaging with the Mood Tracker tool, you’ll be able to see trends in their mood and the reasons behind their mood

  • Most tried Courses and top viewed articles – see what Courses and articles are popular with people in your organisation over the last month

Set a Grace Period when someone leaves your organisation

When people leave your organisation, you can now set a Grace Period between one to twelve weeks, so they continue to have access to the Plus or Premium features and content in the app.

After the Grace Period has finished, the user will no longer have access to Plus or Premium features, they will not be associated with your organisation and their data will not be reflected in your Admin Portal.
