Heard the news? There’s a new era for Mentemia coming on March 15th as we move to our new name and brand, Groov. 

We don’t just have a funky new name and new look coming. For the last 18 months, we’ve also been developing Embed – our new workplace wellbeing programme. 

Embed is stacked with interactive tools, platforms, and resources to help you create a wellbeing first culture. More will be revealed on March 15, but we wanted to give you a sneak peek of what to expect. 

In the lead up to Groov Day, we wanted to give you a preview of all the good things that make up Embed.

Here’s a glimpse at the first three elements – Playbook, Hub, and Modules.

Playbook

Easier said than done, right? That’s where the Playbook comes in. 

The Playbook is a step-by-step guide to embed a culture of wellbeing into the workplace so that it becomes the normal way of working for everyone. It gives organisations of all shapes and sizes a blueprint to follow. It’s simple to use, yet full of substance. And it’s all backed by the latest wellbeing science.

With the Playbook in hand, wellbeing leads have everything they need to roll out and launch the entire Embed programme and make wellbeing the normal way of working. Through guided stages, support from our team, and plenty of resources, it’s never been easier to put wellbeing first. 

Hub

Workplace wellbeing is so much more than an office fruit bowl or one-off yoga class. To get it right, an organisation needs to truly understand what’s happening with their people at all levels.

Having these insights empowers wellbeing leads to decide what actions to take and what areas need the most attention. 

It can be confusing for workplaces to try and figure out how to measure wellbeing and know what data and metrics are important. 

The Hub is here to help. It’s the go-to place for wellbeing leads to understand and take action on key workplace wellbeing insights. 

Powered by our unique and powerful science-backed surveys, the Hub takes aggregated data and surfaces wellbeing insights that will help drive a wellbeing-first culture. The platform is super easy to use and makes understanding what’s going on with wellbeing much easier for workplaces.

Modules

Our bite-sized interactive online Modules explain wellbeing in a fun, interactive way to get everyone on the same page.
