What’s New: Beat burnout with our new Courses

Think you or someone around you might be suffering from burnout? Learn how to recognise the signs and symptoms, and get back on track with our new Courses.

Burnout can affect anyone.

Whether it’s related to work or personal factors, burnout can creep up on us over a period of time and have a huge impact on our mental wellbeing.

That’s why we’ve put together two new Courses on burnout.

We want to help you learn how to spot the signs of burnout, understand the causes and begin to take some positive steps to deal with it, in both the workplace and your personal life.

Firstly, let’s take a quick look at what burnout really is and our two new Courses: The Road to Burnout and Preventing Burnout.

What is burnout?

Being burnt out means feeling stretched, worn out, and lacking motivation.

It can include not feeling recharged after the weekends or holidays. Gradually you lose the ability to feel for and feel connected to the people you interact with.

You might also find yourself feeling frustrated or judgmental, and no longer feel competent, successful or able to get a sense of reward from the work you do.

You could find yourself only doing the bare minimum to get by.

So what leads to burnout and how can you prevent it? Our new Courses address that.

Here’s a sneak peek into what they cover.
