Everyone wants to thrive, feel good, and be resilient to life’s challenges.
But what we should do to get there isn’t always clear.
After extensive research and work with leading experts, we developed a model for mental wellbeing that has six key ingredients, which science shows reliably improve most people’s mental wellbeing.
Our model is called the 6 Pillars of Mental Wellbeing and is the foundation of how we help people and workplaces improve their mental wellbeing.
And, we’ve just released a brand new Course in the Mentemia app to make it fun, easy, and enjoyable to discover more about what makes great mental wellbeing and daily actions that everyone can do.

The Course is called ‘Your Recipe for Great Mental Wellbeing’ and it’s live in the Mentemia app now! It’s full of powerful insights and easy actions anyone can do in real-time and start feeling the benefits.

For workplaces
This Course is perfect for workplaces and organisations to share with their teams. Whether you have a full workplace wellbeing program or are just getting started, this is a brilliant introduction for everyone.
It’s also really fun to complete as a group, and get everyone talking about mental wellbeing!
Ideas to try
✔ Start each team meeting by trying one pillar together
✔ Organise a lunchtime session to do all six pillars as a group
✔ Run through it last thing on a Friday to end the week with a wellbeing focus
✔ Give team members the opportunity to take 20 minutes out during the week to watch it in their own time.
✔ Pick what works best for your team and let them see that their mental wellbeing is your priority
For individuals
No team or prefer to fly solo? That’s cool too! This Course also works for people who want to explore it by themselves.
You can complete the whole thing in just over 20 minutes, or work through it bit by bit, as each video module is only a couple of minutes.
