You might already know that there are six key ingredients that underpin our entire approach to mental wellbeing, uncovered from tonnes of research and working with experts.

Science shows these six ingredients reliably improve most people’s mental wellbeing. While it might sound like a secret recipe, these ingredients are in everybody’s pantry and available to all of us.
